Libby Phillips is the Project Coordinator for the Institute for Information, the Internet, and Democracy. She also supports project management for the National Internet Observatory. Libby is a graduate of the Trinity College Dublin and Columbia University Dual BA Program and is currently pursuing her Master of Public Policy at Northeastern University’s College of Social Science and Humanities.
